Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund or return within 24 hours of delivery if your order meets any of the following conditions:
Damaged product Defective item Wrong item delivered Missing items in order Unopened & original packaging
Please photograph the damaged or incorrect item before initiating a return — this helps us process your request faster.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for a refund:
Opened food products Items damaged by misuse Beyond 24-hour window Change of mind Partially consumed items

Refund Process

Follow these simple steps to request a refund:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or the contact form with your order number and reason.

Share evidence — attach photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect item.

Await approval — our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

Return the item (if required) in its original packaging using the return label we provide.

Refund issued to your original payment method within 24 hours of approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay.
  • Credit / Debit card refunds: 5–7 business days (bank processing time).
  • UPI / Net Banking refunds: 1–3 business days.
  • Wallet refunds: within 24 hours of approval.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Nufuel Mart initiates the refund within 24 hours of approval.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective products or incorrect orders. To initiate an exchange:
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and issue details.
  • We will arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are accepted by our team — a full refund will be issued immediately.
  • Once the order is accepted and processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If a cancellation is approved after processing, a refund will be issued minus any applicable handling charges.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@nufuelmart.in with your order number.
