We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
  • Standard shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
  • Express shipping: ₹100 (where available).
  • Exact charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on our website or directly on the courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery.
  • After 1 failed attempt, the package will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages due to failed delivery.
Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid failed deliveries.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a visibly damaged package:
  • Photograph the damage before opening the package.
  • Report it immediately to the delivery person and note it on the delivery receipt.
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours with photos for a swift resolution.

Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before the order is processed. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to update the delivery address. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
